The Administrator from Aung Mingalar ward, in Ye Township, Ko Ba Min said, “I want to see arrests of the major drug dealers. In the past, if you wanted to use these drugs, you had to spend a lot of money. Recently, you can spend just 3 and 4 thousand kyats, and easily get these drugs. Kratom leaves are used for traditional celebrations in our community, but it is now a  huge burden for us.”
