The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) announced that they have captured two anti-aircraft weapons following a battle with military junta forces at Nawnghkio Township in northern Shan State.
On July 10, TNLA successfully overran and took control of all three battalions under the junta’s 606th Missile Regiment based in Nawnghkio.
During the assault, TNLA seized a significant cache of military equipment, including two anti-aircraft weapons, a radar system, 139 assorted firearms, 15 rounds of 60mm ammunition, 2 rounds of 80mm ammunition, 17 small arms, 10 boxes of rocket-propelled grenades, various types of mines, and numerous other military supplies.
