The military junta opened a case against Oketadar villagers, including Chit Tu Paing, Min Tun Myint Kyaw, Saw Yarzar Min, Aung Min Htwe on October 2, Daw Khin Than Nu, Daw Zin Mar Htwe, Daw Sandar Linn on September 28, and Daw Cho Win, Daw Khin Thida Kyaw, and U Pho Cho on September 20, charging a total of 10 people under Sections 52(a), 50(j), and 51(c) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, which carries a life sentence.
