NCCT, UPWC signed draft of Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement

A Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) has been drafted and signed by the Nationwide Ceasefire Coordination Team (NCCT) and the Union Peace-Making Working Committee (UPWC). The NCA draft was drawn by both parties, and signed on Tuesday, March 31st at the Myanmar Peace Center (MPC) in Rangoon.
